All our products are shipped by our shipping partners USPS and UPS. They can also be hand delivered at the pre race meeting you are registered. You have the freedom to chose. All shipping terms are the ones from the partners.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We promise 100% refund in case you did not receive any item you have purchased from us in any way. You will receive the refund in way of a new item of the same type. All refunds will placed as a new item of the same type you have purchased. We do not refund cash or credit cards.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our items are warranted for 10 years due to manufacturing defects. Our items are not water resistant. Do not expose them to the elements or sweat. Warranty will not cover items exposed to the elements or sweat. Our warranty does not cover if you handle the passport with wet or sweat hands.

RACE LOGO STICKER POLICY
All official race logo stickers will be printed in our runner's passports only by the race director's approval. In case we cannot get an approval, the sticker will be generated with a BR135 original clipart, identified as so, with the name of the race printed below. The name of the race will be printed with an asterisk to indicated that it is so.
